We are encouraging all members to use this secure Google Forms method to enter your registration information and league preferences. The advantages of this approach include direct electronic capture of your registration information and improved compatibility on multiple computer platforms and devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
Paper copies of the registration material will be made available on request, and will be accessible at the club beginning with the Oct 2-3 Open House.
New this year, we are collecting emergency contact information for each member. This data will be kept on file at the SCC; it will not be included in the membership directory.
Detailed Registration Instructions:
- Click on the link: SCC 2015-2016 Membership Online Form
- Follow steps to enter contact information.
- Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page, and proceed to league sign-up.
- Follow steps to specify league preferences. Leagues are organized and presented by day of the week (Sun-Fri, w/Blackhall & Van de Car at the end). Use the "Continue" (and "Back") buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate.
- Note: Some fields are required; these are denoted with an asterisk (*).
- On the final page, click "Submit"
- After submitting, links will be given to either a) edit your response, or b) submit a new response.
- An automated receipt acknowledging your submission will be sent to the primary email address that you specified. The membership team will also be notified of the submission.
- Once someone from the membership committee has reviewed your information and league preferences, a second email will be sent to confirm membership dues and give payment information.
