League Chair Responsibilities

Make sure the league rules are actually posted for people to see.

Follow the league rules. Don't just do whatever you feel like doing because you think you're in charge.

Be reasonable in all situations and find good solutions to any issues.

If running a league is too stressful for you, don't do it.

If you run a league like a dictator, nobody will have fun or want you to run it, or anything else, ever again.

SCC is hosting GNCC men's and women's club playdowns Wed DEC 7th to Sun DEC 11th.  As host club, we are responsible for supplying volunteers to time each game.  During shifts that he is not playing, Fred Mackintosh is training members how to be a timekeeper.  How you can get involved: 1) sign up in the warm room to indicate your intererst, 2) reach out Fred and learn the rules for timekeeping by checking out these World Curling Federation Videos. 3) Download the WCF CurlTime app for WindowsOS.

Watch live streaming of action from feature sheet, or replay archives of previous games ... head over to the SCC YouTube Channel.

Follow team progess through the draw on Google Docs.

Thank you to all our participants, and congratulations to our event winners and finalists:
