Holbrook Wins the Stants

Congratulations to Team Holbrook in winning the 2014 Harry Stants Memorial Bonspiel. This in-house bonspiel is for junior level skips. Tom Holbrook led his team of Ron Holbrook and Brent Lehman to victory in an extra end over Sebastian Elliot's rink of Vic Temple and Doug Kerr.

Team Fitz Wins the Mixed

Congratulations to Pat Fitzgerald and his rink for winning this year’s GNCC Senior Mixed Championship that was held January 3rd through 5th at the Nutmeg Curling Club in Bridgeport, CT! Pat Fitzgerald led his rink of Lisa Miller, Art Merkley and Yuko Kashiwado to the win in an extra end of the A event finals on Sunday over George Austin’s Ardsley/ Nutmeg team. Fitzgerald landed in the finals after besting teams from Palmetto, Belfast, Cape Cod and finally Ardsley/Nutmeg. They had a great weekend and we are very proud of them for bringing home the big prize!
